Terms and Conditions for Strata Plugin

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Strata Plugin ("Service"), users ("You") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Strata Plugin is a VST plugin/service that enhances Digital Audio Workstations (DAW) by adding user profiles, stat tracking, achievements, leaderboards, and challenges.

3. User Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account providing your name, email address, and a password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated.

4. Privacy and Data Use

The Service collects and uploads user statistics to our servers for features like leaderboards and user progress backup. We respect your privacy and do not sell your data or use it for any purposes other than those stated. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

 

5. User Content

Users may create and upload content such as player bios. We do not tolerate hate speech, racism, or any form of harassment in user content. We reserve the right to remove such content and ban offending users.

 

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in harassment, bullying, or any behavior that negatively impacts other users. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including software, design, text, images, and data, is owned by WXAudio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Strata Plugin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the Service and required to accept the updated Terms to continue using the Service.
